news June 2010: Embracing the Heat - Enlightening the Mind Date and Time: Tue. Jul. 20th, 7:15 pm - 9:30 pm
Location: Our studio
Content: Engaging the world around us with courage and wisdom in this age of turmoil is the core component of healthy and enlightened living. We need to learn to balance the intuition and intellect to walk this path within our limited life span. We can accomplish these lofty goals through the unification of the heart and mind. In this practical intensive workshop, Master Ping Zhen Cheng will be guiding participants through a step by step practice to achieve these goals. This practice is a synthesis of traditional Eastern meditation, trans-personal psychology and hypnosis. A comparative discussion of Sufi, Zen, Tibetan, Yogic and Taoist paths will be included.
